This week has been relatively uneventful... well, except for the panicky call to the doctor's office a few days ago after leaking some other fluid (sorry, not to gross you out) that wasn't blood this time. She said it should be fine because it wasn't a constant leak, just once. And it hasn't happened again, so I'm pleased to report that! I've felt a little more queasy this week, but it's only if my stomach is empty and once I eat something, I feel better.
Tonight I went to meet with some friends from work and we talked a lot about pregnancies and maternity leave and stuff, but I still had to keep my mouth shut! It's very hard not to just tell everyone, but I still want to wait at least a little longer and make sure everything is still going smoothly.
Sometimes I just look at the ultrasound picture that I've now stood up next to a little frame on my bookshelf and I'm amazed that this is really happening! It's funny because sometimes my husband comes in here and says hi to the picture, too :) I can't wait until I can tell that it looks like an actual baby in the ultrasound!
